Pet Portrait Order Agreement
By commissioning a portrait by Ana Gonzales through www.anagonzalesstudios.com you are hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
The Portrait Order Process
1. SELECT YOUR SIZE & MEDIUM
Visit the page Sizes and Prices to select the size you would like to order. Additional pets in a painting are an extra 25% each, and the smallest size for two subjects is 9″x 12″. We offer two mediums, acrylic paint or oil paint.
2. SUBMIT ORDER AND PAYMENT
After placing your order, Ana will contact you within 24 hours to receive your photos. She will work with you to create the ideal portrait representing your pet’s personality.
3. RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS EMAIL
After placing your order, Ana will contact you within 24 business hours. You can send her the photos that will be used for the portrait. She will work with you to create the ideal portrait, discuss background colors and other information about your pet’s unique character.
4. APPROVE MOCK UP COMPOSICION
The artist (Ana Gonzales) will work with you to compose the ideal portrait. She will create a digital mock up sample for you to review and approve. All design changes should be made at this point.
5. APPROVE FINAL PAINTING
The artist (Ana Gonzales) will send you a picture of the near-final piece for your approval before shipping. At that time you are welcome to suggest any changes you’d like to see in the final portrait.
Enjoy your painting! Pet portraits turn around is 2 to 3 weeks if you choose acrylic paint as your medium, and 4 to 8 weeks for oil paint. Oil paint takes much longer to dry than acrylic paint.
Payment
Payments can be made online with a credit card via Pay Pal. If the balance of the amount owed is not paid upon completion of the portrait, the portrait will not be shipped and the payment will be retained to help recover costs incurred for supplies and time spent by the artist.
Refund Policy
If at any time during initial phase 1, 2 and 3 of the painting process you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a full refund of all money paid. If at any time during the step 4 in the final portrait painting process, you decide that you are not satisfied with the results, you may still request a refund, but some funds will be deducted from the refund to help recover costs incurred and time lost by the artist. Once you receive your finished portrait, it is not refundable.
